Appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures have been implemented to safeguard and prevent unauthorized access to personal information and ensure that the information collected by FSTV is used only for the purposes requested.

FSTV uses encryption, password protection, and other technology to protect personal information from unauthorized third-party access, alteration, theft and/or misuse.

Collection of Personal Information

Personal information may be collected from users of FSTV’s website for purposes related to the management of internal operations, professional supervision, and quality assurance measures, including accreditation.

Visitors to FSTV’s website do so anonymously, with no need to identify who they are. If a General Inquiry is made through the contact form, the individual may be asked to provide their name and contact information for the purpose of responding to the inquiry. Only those who are required to be advised in providing the service and/or response back, will have access to the personal information provided.

FSTV has no intent to use any information provided by visitors to its website for any purpose that is inconsistent with the purpose for which the information was provided, as stated on the web page. A visitor to FSTV’s website will not receive correspondence or emails from the agency on any subject other than those subjects the visitor has given permission to contact them about. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Logging Practices

An IP address is a number automatically assigned to the computer or to the ISP (Internet Service Provider) requesting a URL. IP addresses may or may not be stored, and may be used for systems analysis, maintenance, and site evaluation.

FSTV’s website contains some hyperlinks to websites operated by parties other than FSTV. These hyperlinks are provided for convenience only. FSTV does not control such websites and is not responsible for their content. The inclusion of hyperlinks to other websites does not imply any endorsement of the material on those websites, by FSTV.

Google Business Profile

Google Business Profile helps to measure traffic patterns to the website. The performance report tracks anonymous interactions with FSTV’s Business Profile such as website visits, calls, people asking for directions, profile views and searches.

Electronic Communications

FSTV does not utilize visitor information to create and/or maintain an active mailing list for newsletters or other agency communication, therefore, there is no mechanism for visitors to the website to opt-out of receiving electronic communications.

Identified on FSTV’s website is the contact information for the Privacy Officer, should a visitor believe their personal information has been mishandled.
