Director, Counselling Services
Deisy has over 20 years’ experience working with vulnerable populations in areas including women abuse, trauma, anxiety, addictions, and youth impacted by war or legal problems. She provides services in both English and Spanish.

Anjalo
Counsellor
Anjalo provides individual, group and family counselling to clients facing diverse challenges including young people and adults living with a developmental disability, and individuals undergoing life transitions. Anjalo provides therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and solution-based brief therapy. He uses a trauma-informed perspective to ensure a supportive and effective therapeutic environment.

Don provides trauma-informed care and is dedicated to creating a collaborative, non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their past, work through present challenges, and develop strategies for a more fulfilling future. Drawing from therapeutic modalities such as DBT, CBT, ACT, narrative theory, and somatic work, he tailors his approach to each client’s unique needs. With a focus on building trust and genuine connection, his work is grounded in the integration of mind, body, and spirit, supporting individuals from all backgrounds, including those navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and survivorship of sexual abuse.

With 6 years of experience in mental health and addiction services, Jackeline has supported diverse of individuals and families who have experience vulnerabilities such as trauma, gender-based violence, poverty, mental and physical health challenges, substance use, and homelessness.
