Full Service and Regional EAP Plans
If you are an employer looking for a full service Employee Assistance Plan or need regional or national coverage, contact us and we can direct you to our regional EAP hub where EAP contracts are managed.
Counselling Supports for Local Employees
Smaller employers sometimes want to fund mental health counselling supports without the cost and complexity of a full EAP for their employees. Family Service Thames Valley supports a number of local employers with simplified “counselling service” options to suit their unique needs. We are happy to work with you to meet your needs.
Training
Family Service Thames Valley also offers training or facilitation to employers or organizations as needed. Our trainings include:

Trauma Support Services
Many frontline workers in our community are supporting vulnerable clients impacted by addiction and mental health, homelessness, violence and/or poverty. We have created a program to offer psycho-education, debriefing support and space for staff to address the impact of the work on their mental well-being. This can include Critical Incident Response, which is a process to help affected workers cope with continuing effects of a traumatic incident.
