Reach Out
Reach Out is a free, 24/7, confidential mental health and addictions support and services line for people living in Elgin, Middlesex and Oxford and London. If you need mental health and addictions help, Reach Out is the one service you should connect with.
CMHA Mental Health & Addiction Crisis Centre
The Crisis Centre provides walk-in support for individuals experiencing a mental health and/or addictions crisis who do not require hospital or emergency services (911). Located at 648 Huron Street. We are a warm, welcoming environment open for walk in’s 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Kids Help Phone
Kids Help Phone provides confidential phone and web counselling for children ages 20 and under, 24/7.
London Health Sciences Centre
If you feel like you might harm yourself you can go to the Emergency Department.
