Our Board of Directors would like to announce the upcoming departure of our Executive Director, Nicola Memo.  Nicola’s last day with FSTV will be May 1, 2026.

We would like to thank Nicola for the empathetic and strategic leadership she has brought to FSTV over the last 5 years.  Nicola has successfully led the agency through significant economic and social changes affecting our clients, our team, and the broader community.  Throughout this period, she maintained a strong focus on fostering a culture of inclusiveness, trust, and recognition within FSTV.

While we are sad to see Nicola leave, we are also excited for her as she embarks on the next chapter of her professional journey.  We are deeply grateful for her leadership over the past several years and wish her every success in the future.

The Board has begun the process of recruiting the next Executive Director. Our goal is to identify a leader who will continue to build on the cultural and strategic advances achieved under Nicola’s guidance and ensure the long‑term sustainability of FSTV. We are committed to a smooth transition and will keep our community informed as this process moves forward.
