Empowering Parents – A Summer Learning Series
Parenting presents numerous challenges, but you don’t have to tackle them on your own. In a world where children, youth, and their caregivers encounter a variety of stressors, it’s crucial to have a solid grasp of mental health and how to effectively support your child through their difficulties.
Join us this summer for a workshop series created to support parents and caregivers through key developmental stages and challenges. Each topic will be covered over two sessions, offering practical strategies, shared experiences, and expert resources.
- Facilitated by professionals with expertise in child and youth development
- Safe space for learning and sharing

- 2 sessions for each group
- In-person and virtual options
- Sessions are an hour and a half long
- Voluntary participation, closed group, registration required
- Available to parents of the Thames Valley District School Board and the London District Catholic School Board. No cost to participate.
